With a background encompassing venture capital endeavors in London, New York, Tel Aviv, and Sydney alike, he provides boundless cross-disciplinary connectivity, seasoned perspective, and an innovative approach.

When Bailey takes a respite from modeling projections, he unwinds on the couch next to loyal companion Tommy watching the footy (albeit supporting his favored sports teams through thick and thin!). While considered an astute picker of investment prospects, his sporting club allegiances elicit occasional good-natured skepticism.

Jarrod oversees JCP Growth's UK and EMEA business operations, leveraging his extensive expertise in identifying growth opportunities for consumer and enterprise companies.
