John Myers, JCP Growth Chairman, became the CEO of OCR Labs in 2017 after angel investing in the business three years. John has been responsible for business strategy, growth, capital raises and managing a team that has grown 5x in the past two years.

M&A and Corporate Governance
JCP has brought in and closed two capital rounds (Series A and B) for IDVerse in 2021 and 2022, raising a collective $45m USD. Our team is also responsible for board reporting and content for monthly meetings, as well as supporting corporate governance initiatives like ESOPs.

Data and Analytics
JCP provides support and resource on IDVerse's data strategy and KPIs to be used and tracked within business units. Outsourced analyst capabilities and functions provided ensure that business analytics is widely available and used within all departments.

As an extended part of the marketing and GTM team, we provide strategic guidance based on our market knowledge and experience in how to approach acquisition channels, audience sizing, new product launches and other GTM advice.

Acquisition by RELX
JCP played an integral role in the successful exit to LexisNexis Risk Solutions. Partnering closely with FT Partners, we supported key back-office functions - managing data room materials, preparing investor documentation, and participating in dozens of meetings with prospective investors and acquirers.
